NOTICE– Due to an important electric upgrade the following closures will be necessary…
- The Clubhouse Pool will be closed on February 19 -21.
- The Administration Office will be closed on February 19-20.

RE: FIRST NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of Members of CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. will be held: Thursday, March 27, 2025
The time of the Meeting and Zoom information will be announced in the Second Notice of Meeting, which will be sent to owners of record on or before March 13, 2025
The purposes of the meeting are:
- Vote on a slate of candidates, for the three (3) Board of Director positions that expire in 2025;
- Such other business as may require a vote of the Members;
Any unit owner desiring to be a candidate for the Board of Directors shall give written notice to the Association as soon as possible but no later than Sunday, February 16, 2025, 40 days before the scheduled meeting. Candidates may provide an information sheet or resume on a single sheet not to exceed 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches, which shall be delivered to all owners of record with the Second Notice of the Meeting.
Persons desiring to be a candidate shall return written notice and candidate information to the Association in person, by email or US mail as follows:
